Verify that claims submitted with these codes continue to be processed only when they meet the medically necessary criteria outlined in the policy (dynamic LLPS devices for finger, wrist, elbow, knee, or hallux limitus conditions). Do NOT cover claims for static progressive stretch devices or patient-actuated serial stretch devices, as these remain experimental/investigational.
