Summary

Action Required
By 10/01/2025: Billing team must update diagnosis code edits in billing software to reflect ICD-10 changes for routine foot care claims. DELETIONS: Remove generic G35 (Multiple sclerosis) from Attachment C qualifying codes. ADDITIONS: Add E11.A (Type 2 diabetes in remission) to Attachment B and add all seven new MS codes (G35.A, G35.B0, G35.B1, G35.B2, G35.C0, G35.C1, G35.C2, G35.D) to Attachment C as eligible diagnoses for routine foot care. Update billing system to reject claims with deleted codes and accept only the new specific MS codes. Verify all routine foot care claims (CPT 11719, HCPCS G0127, G0247, S0390) are submitted with updated qualifying diagnosis codes. Providers must be notified to document the specific MS type in patient records. Failure to use correct codes will result in claim denials or payment delays.
