Clinical staff must update vaccine eligibility screening in EMR to reflect new age thresholds: RSV routine coverage now begins at age 50 (down from 60) for adults; RSV nonroutine coverage expanded to ages 18-59; pneumococcal routine coverage now includes ages 19-50 with chronic conditions and age 50+ without prior pneumococcal vaccine history. Add clesrovimab (Enflonsia) to infant RSV vaccine protocols. Ensure CPT 90734 is billed for Menveo vaccine administration. Verify member eligibility using updated criteria before claim submission to prevent denials. Train front-desk and clinical staff on new age-based coverage rules.
