Verify that claims submitted on or after 02/01/2026 include proper diagnosis coding for hypertonic saline (CF, bronchiectasis, or ciliary dyskinesia) or ensifentrine (COPD with specific exacerbation/dyspnea criteria). Update prior authorization protocols if required by IBC. Ensure providers document that ensifentrine patients are on dual LABA+LAMA or triple LABA+LAMA+ICS therapy. Retroactive claims from 02/01/2026 forward may require reprocessing.
