Immediately: Billing team should begin using TrackIt through the UHC Provider Portal to submit documentation for pended claims instead of mailing. Access TrackIt from the upper right menu, click Pending Claims for details, and upload required attachments. Set up email notifications in Profile & Settings to receive alerts when actions are required. This will reduce processing time for pended claims.
