Summary
Effective July 1, 2025, Molina Healthcare will immediately terminate practitioners whose state licenses expire, with a 30-day grace period for renewal. Practitioners who don't renew within 30 days must undergo full re-credentialing to rejoin the network.
Action Required
Before July 1, 2025: All providers must ensure their state medical licenses are renewed before expiration dates. Billing team should verify all practitioner license expiration dates and create calendar alerts 60-90 days before expiration. Failure to renew licenses on time will result in immediate contract termination and potential disruption of patient care and billing.
