Immediately: If you are a capitated Medical Group or IPA submitting rosters to Molina Healthcare of California, update your roster submission process to use the D360 portal with the new naming convention format (Group/IPA_ProviderRosterType_Date). Submit quarterly rosters every 3 months for full reconciliation and monthly rosters only when you have 10 or more provider adds, updates, or non-PCP terminations. Download the latest ICE roster template from D360. For PCP terminations and clinic updates, continue using county-specific shared mailboxes. Failure to follow new procedures may result in roster rejection and processing delays up to 8 weeks.
