Summary
Molina Healthcare of California has launched a new Digital Correspondence Hub in Availity Essentials that allows providers to receive and manage Prior Authorization letters digitally in real-time instead of waiting for paper correspondence. This feature is currently available for PA requests submitted through Availity Essentials and provides 24/7 access to authorization letters.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing and authorization staff should access Availity Essentials to view PA letters digitally instead of waiting for paper correspondence. Complete available training through Availity's on-demand recording or register for live sessions at availity.com. If not currently registered for Availity Essentials, designated administrator must register at Availity.com. Only PA requests submitted through Availity will appear in the Digital Correspondence Hub.
