Summary
Molina Healthcare of California requires all network providers to complete mandatory Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) training through their new Learning Management System by December 31, 2025. This is a DHCS requirement for all Medi-Cal providers and failure to complete will affect participation in the Medi-Cal Managed Care program.
Action Required
By December 31, 2025: All network providers must register at mhreg.lizalearning.com using their email and NPI, then complete the 45-minute CLAS training course OR attest to completion if already completed with another Medi-Cal plan (2 minutes). Ensure IT department whitelists the specified email addresses and domains. Contact designated Provider Relations Representative if assistance is needed. Failure to complete will affect participation in Medi-Cal Managed Care program.
