Summary
Molina Healthcare of California requires all network providers to complete mandatory Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) training by December 31, 2025, as a condition of participation in the Medi-Cal Managed Care program. Providers can complete training through the More Inclusive Healthcare LMS platform or attend Molina webinars on December 15 or 17, 2025.
Action Required
By December 31, 2025: All providers must complete CLAS training through the MIH LMS platform at mhreg.lizalearning.com using their NPI number (45-minute course) OR attend Molina webinars on 12/15 or 12/17/2025. Providers who completed training with another Medi-Cal plan must attest completion in the MIH LMS. Contact IT department to whitelist email addresses (support@lizalearning.com, info@lizalearning.com) and URLs (molina.lizalearning.com, mh.lizalearning.com, mhreg.lizalearning.com). Failure to complete training affects participation in Medi-Cal Managed Care program.
