Molina Healthcare of California requires all network providers to complete mandatory Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) training by December 31, 2025, as a condition of participation in the Medi-Cal Managed Care program. Providers can complete the training through an online platform or attend one of four remaining webinar sessions scheduled between December 22-30, 2025.

Register at mhreg.lizalearning.com using your NPI number and email, then complete the 45-minute online course, OR attend one of the remaining webinars (Dec 22, 23, 29, or 30 at 12-1 PM), OR attest to completion if already completed with another Medi-Cal plan. Ensure IT department whitelists required email addresses and domains. Failure to complete training may affect participation in Medi-Cal Managed Care program.
