Summary
Molina Healthcare of California has designated GeriNet Medical Associates (GNMA) as the exclusive contracted SNF provider for all Molina Medi-Cal members in San Diego County skilled nursing facilities. All Molina SNF admissions must now be assigned to GNMA, and specialty consultation requests for these members must be approved by GNMA clinicians.

Immediately: For any Molina Medi-Cal members admitted to or residing in San Diego County skilled nursing facilities, ensure all admissions are assigned to GeriNet Medical Associates (GNMA) as the attending SNFist. If another medical group is contacted in error, redirect the case to GNMA at (888) 789-9585. For specialty consultation requests for these members, obtain approval from GNMA clinicians before proceeding with treatment orders.
