Summary
Molina Healthcare is excluding IPAs with full-risk and dual-risk arrangements from HealthMap attribution effective March 1, 2026. Members attributed to these IPAs will no longer appear in HealthMap panels, and providers should direct panel management questions to their IPA partners instead.

Before March 1, 2026: Billing team and providers must identify if your practice works with any Molina IPAs under full-risk or dual-risk arrangements. If so, update workflows to use IPA-specific systems for care coordination and panel management instead of HealthMap.
