Molina Healthcare clarifies that CBAS (Community-Based Adult Services) providers are responsible for providing transportation to/from their centers and should NOT use Molina's transportation vendor (American Logistics) for routine CBAS transportation. Molina's transportation vendor should only be used for medical appointments like physician visits.

Immediately: CBAS providers must stop using Molina's transportation vendor (American Logistics) for routine transportation to/from CBAS centers. Coordinate and provide your own transportation for CBAS members. Only use Molina's vendor to help schedule transportation for members going to physician visits or other eligible medical appointments requiring NEMT/NMT.
