Summary
Texas HHSC will resume PPR and PPC reimbursement adjustments for hospital fee-for-service claims effective March 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026, after temporarily pausing them due to data quality concerns. The SFY 2024 hospital performance reports are now confirmed reliable and available for download.
Action Required
Before March 1, 2026: Hospital billing teams must access and review their SFY 2024 PPR and PPC reports via the TMHP portal under the Potentially Preventable Events (PPE) Provider Reports tab.
