On October 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Central Time): Billing and administrative staff should be aware that the following Alabama Medicaid online systems will be temporarily unavailable: Alabama Medicaid Website, E&D Application, Estate Notice of Probate Portal, Expedite Portal, Fraud and Abuse Reporting Portal, Gateway to Community Living Portal, Hospital to Home Portal, One Door Alabama Portal, One Health Record Portal (portal access only), and Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnancy Webform Application. The Eligibility and Claims systems will remain operational during this maintenance window. Plan accordingly for any portal-dependent workflows and expect full system availability by 12:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
