Summary
OneHealthPort's single sign-on service to Cigna portals ended on November 19, 2024. Providers who used OneHealthPort must now register directly for CignaforHCP.com and/or Provider.Evernorth.com to access eligibility, benefits, claims status, and submit appeals - otherwise they will lose portal access completely.
Action Required
Immediately: If your practice used OneHealthPort single sign-on, billing team must register directly at CignaforHCP.com and Provider.Evernorth.com and identify a website access manager. Without registration, you will lose all portal access for checking eligibility, benefits, claims status, and submitting appeals/adjustments.
