Summary
MassHealth is issuing new member cards with updated design starting January 2025. Providers must accept both the old and new card versions, as well as digital cards from the MyServices portal.

Immediately: Train front desk staff to accept both old and new MassHealth member card designs as well as digital member cards presented through the MyServices portal. Update eligibility verification procedures to recognize all valid card formats. No system changes required - this is for card recognition only.
