Log into POSC, navigate to Provider Services > Manage Claims and Payments > Hearing Aid Member Search, enter the member's 12-digit MassHealth ID, and obtain prior authorization if the member has received hearing aid services in the past 60 months. Complete training at the MassHealth Business Support Services Provider Training Portal.
