MassHealth has updated the process for nursing facilities and chronic disease rehabilitation hospitals to submit annual Personal Needs Allowance (PNA) account reports. The new PNA-1 form must now be submitted through an online portal at https://ma-nf-reporting.org/ by December 1, 2025, with electronic signatures required.

By December 1, 2025: Long-term care facilities must submit PNA-1 forms through the new online portal at https://ma-nf-reporting.org/ (available starting October 30, 2025). Facility administrators must electronically sign all submissions and include bank statements and trustee account reconciliations. Failure to submit by November 21, 2025 may result in MassHealth sanctions.
