MassHealth will stop paying for four high-cost drugs (Aucatzyl, Encelto, Kebilidi, Zevaskyn) when purchased through the 340B Drug Pricing Program, effective no sooner than May 4, 2026. Providers must use non-340B stock for these drugs to receive MassHealth reimbursement.

By December 3, 2025: Review current 340B drug inventory and provide feedback to MassHealth at masshealthpublicnotice@mass.gov if using affected drugs (Aucatzyl, Encelto, Kebilidi, Zevaskyn). Before May 4, 2026: Update pharmacy procurement processes to purchase these four drugs outside of 340B program for MassHealth patients. Verify billing system tracks drug acquisition source to ensure proper reimbursement.
