Summary
MassHealth is ending its management of the Community Partners (CP) qualified vendor list effective June 30, 2026. New CP enrollments stop March 1, 2026, and care management enrollment targets will change to 3.5-4% of member months starting July 1, 2026.
Action Required
By March 1, 2026: Stop submitting new Community Partner enrollments including urgent referrals. By June 30, 2026: Ensure all remaining CP enrollees are transitioned out of the program. By July 1, 2026: If continuing with community partner organizations, execute new direct contracts and submit Material Subcontractor Checklist to EOHHS. Update care management enrollment targets to 3.5-4% of member months. Complete required reports CC-07-C by March 27, 2026 and CC-07-A within 30 days of receiving quality payment files.
