Summary
MassHealth is establishing a process for Accountable Care Organizations (ACPPs and PCACOs) to add or remove primary care providers effective January 1, 2027. ACOs must submit proposals by May 29, 2026, and approved changes will include 90-day continuity of care periods for affected members.
