Summary
Maryland Medicaid is transitioning from the ePREP provider enrollment system to a new system called MPRIME. All providers must download any needed documents from ePREP by September 30, 2026, at 5pm, as access will be completely disabled on October 1, 2026. MPRIME will launch on October 13, 2026, and providers can set up accounts anytime on or after that date.
Action Required
By September 30, 2026 at 5pm: Billing team and all relevant staff must download and archive all historical documents, account information, and enrollment records from ePREP. After October 1, 2026, all access to ePREP will be lost and Maryland Medicaid will not retrieve any documentation. On or after October 13, 2026: Billing team must set up user accounts in MPRIME and transition all provider enrollment management to the new system. Access the MPRIME Resource and Training Center website for recorded training sessions, guidance documents, and FAQs if staff need training or refresher information.
