Optional: Billing team and providers may register for live Availity training webinars scheduled October 6, 2026 (Pre-Service Workflow: eligibility, benefits, authorizations) and October 8, 2026 (Post-Service Workflow: claim submission, EDI reporting, claim status, remittance viewer). Access the Availity Learning Center at https://Essentials.Availity.com, select Help & Training from the top navigation, and choose Get Trained. Search 'CNC' for plan-specific training or 'LivGen' for cross-plan sessions. Registration is recommended before spaces fill, but participation is not mandatory.
