Summary
TMHP will conduct scheduled system maintenance on September 12–13, 2026, during which all web-based applications and functions will be unavailable for approximately 20.5 hours (6:30 a.m. Central Saturday through 3:00 a.m. Central Sunday). The billing team must plan ahead to avoid service disruptions during claims submission, eligibility verification, and other online portal activities.
Action Required
By September 12, 2026: Billing team must complete all time-sensitive TMHP web-based transactions (eligibility checks, prior authorization submissions, claims uploads, authorization inquiries) before 6:30 a.m. Central time on Saturday. Notify providers and front desk staff that TMHP portal access will be unavailable during the outage window. Plan to queue any urgent TMHP submissions for Monday, September 13, 2026, after 3:00 a.m. Central. Failure to plan ahead may delay claims processing and authorization requests.
