Immediately: Contact your office's IT department, phone service provider, and fax machine administrator to whitelist the following HealthSpring fax numbers on your approved sender lists: 833-414-0730, 833-730-0653, 833-730-0463, 833-730-0559, 833-730-0561, 833-730-0643. Verify the fax numbers are added to any firewall, security gateway, or fax filtering system. Failure to add these numbers may result in missed prior authorization requests, payment information, or other critical communications from HealthSpring, potentially causing claim delays or denials.
