Summary
Texas Medicaid (TMHP) corrected reimbursement rates in the Standard Dollar Amount (SDA) Add-on spreadsheet that was initially published September 1, 2026. The corrected rates are now available, and TMHP will automatically reprocess all claims with discharge dates on or after September 1, 2026 that were paid at the previous incorrect rates. No action is required from the billing team beyond monitoring for reprocessed claims.
