By October 6, 2026: Billing and credentialing staff must identify which provider type(s) your practice falls under (general, LTSS agency, or LTSS independent) by reviewing the Provider Network Management (PNM) System at maximus.com. Ensure all relevant providers register for and attend the appropriate orientation session. For general providers: attend the November 10, 2026 session (11 a.m. to noon ET). For LTSS agency providers: select from October 6, October 20, November 5, or November 16 sessions. For LTSS independent providers: select from October 15, October 27, November 11, or November 24 sessions. Contact ohltssprovidertraining@anthem.com for LTSS questions or your provider relationship management representative for general provider questions. Failure to complete orientation may impact network status and claims processing.
