Immediately following training: Billing team must implement corrective documentation procedures to ensure: (1) T2001 RD claims include completed transportation logs with attendant/escort presence verified and documented; (2) A0100 RD claims are billed with units matching medical record documentation, with supporting medical records provided. Failure to comply with these documentation and billing requirements will result in claim denials and potential recovery of overpayments identified in PERM audit.
