Summary
HHSC LTCR has updated the Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) poster for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disability. The updated poster includes a new TUILP link for reporting abuse and neglect incidents.
Action Required
ICF/IID facilities should replace old ANE posters with new versions that include the TUILP reporting link. New posters will be mailed automatically to licensed facilities and are also available on the ICF Provider Portal HHSC website. Contact LTCRPolicy@hhs.texas.gov with questions.
