Summary
Michigan Medicaid is temporarily extending the Nursing Facility Non-Available Bed Plan (NABP) policy (MMP 25-35) through December 31, 2026, to allow time for public comment review before finalizing the replacement policy. Nursing facilities with expiring NABPs must submit extension requests by October 30, 2026, to remain compliant.
