Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana has launched post-visit surveys for Medicare Advantage members to measure care quality after routine or sick visits with primary care providers. Members will receive Press Ganey surveys via email or mail (maximum once every 6 months) that ask about their healthcare experiences, which contribute to CMS Star Ratings.
