IMMEDIATE ACTIONS: (1) Billing team must monitor inbox for detailed emails from AHCCCS Fee-For-Service regarding new claim edits being added monthly to Alivia 360 system. (2) Review and understand each new claim edit as it is communicated to avoid claim rejections and denials. (3) Update internal billing workflows and validation rules to align with new edits when implemented. (4) If claims are rejected due to new edits, contact AHCCCS Claims Customer Service for clarification before resubmission. (5) Ensure all staff understand that the new 'Access to Care/Eligibility' form is now available on AHCCCS Solutions Center top menu bar for member/eligibility inquiries. ONGOING: Monitor for monthly claim edit updates and adjust billing processes accordingly. Failure to comply with new claim edits will result in claim denials and revenue loss.
