Summary
HHSC is transitioning from webinars to web-based cost report training within the State of Texas Electronic Provider System (STEPS) for Long-term Services and Supports (LTSS) Medicaid and Non-Medicaid cost reports. The new training system will be available starting February 2, 2026.
Action Required
Before February 2, 2026: Providers who submit LTSS cost reports must transition from webinar-based training to web-based training within STEPS. Contact PFD-LTSS@hhs.texas.gov or (737) 867-7817 with questions about the transition.
