Update charge capture forms and provider documentation templates to reflect the code transition. Test billing workflows with G-series codes before the October 1, 2026 effective date. Notify all providers and clinical staff of the code change to prevent claim denials. Claims submitted with CPT codes 80320-80377 on or after October 1, 2026 will be denied by Ambetter Health.
