By September 30, 2026: Billing team must update billing software to block all claims using CPT codes 80320-80377 for Ambetter Health plans and replace them with appropriate G-series bundled laboratory codes. Create a crosswalk mapping document identifying which G-series code corresponds to each CPT code being discontinued. Review all standing orders and encounter templates in the EMR to remove references to CPT 80320-80377. Communicate the change to all providers and laboratory staff to ensure compliance. Beginning October 1, 2026, any claims submitted with CPT codes 80320-80377 to Ambetter Health will be denied.
