Action Required
By September 30, 2026: Billing team must identify all instances where CPT codes 80320-80377 are currently being billed to Ambetter Health. Update billing system to discontinue reimbursement claims using these codes for Ambetter members. Map all affected drug testing procedures to appropriate G-series bundled laboratory codes in the billing software. Notify providers and laboratory personnel of the code transition and provide mapping documentation. After October 1, 2026, any claims submitted with CPT codes 80320-80377 to Ambetter Health will be denied. Contact your Ambetter Provider Relations Representative if clarification is needed on appropriate G-series replacement codes.
