By September 30, 2026: Billing team must update all billing system rules and claim submission workflows to discontinue use of CPT codes 80320-80377. Replace all instances with appropriate G-series bundled laboratory codes for Ambetter Health plans. Audit pending and recurring claims using these codes and update them before the effective date. Notify providers and laboratory partners of the code transition. Document all G-series code mappings in the billing system and update internal coding guidelines. Claims submitted with CPT codes 80320-80377 after October 1, 2026 will be denied by Ambetter Health.
