By September 30, 2026: Billing team must update the billing system to REMOVE prior authorization requirements for CPT codes 86812, 86813, 86817, 38208 and HCPCS codes S9211, S9213, S9214 for Ambetter from WellCare of New Jersey plans. Remove PA workflow reminders from encounter forms and billing templates for these codes in the NJ system. Update internal PA tracking protocols to reflect that these services no longer require PA submission, which will eliminate unnecessary claim delays and rejections.
