By September 30, 2026: Billing team must update Ambetter of Oklahoma billing system rules to reflect these changes: (1) Remove prior authorization requirements for genetic testing codes 86812, 86813, 86817; home services codes S9211, S9213, S9214; and transplant services code 38208. (2) Add prior authorization requirements for sinus surgery codes 31296, 31297, 31298. Update encounter forms and workflow documentation to reflect these changes. Communicate updates to providers and front desk staff to ensure claims are processed correctly and avoid denials due to incorrect PA status.
