MO HealthNet is hosting an in-person Optical Billing & Policy Workshop on September 25, 2026, covering benefits, billing practices, policy, eligibility, Spend Down, resources, and audits. Optical providers will learn directly from MO HealthNet Education Specialists and representatives from major vision plans (Healthy Blue EyeMed/Blue View Vision, United Healthcare March Vision, Home State Health Envolve/Centene) and audit/compliance staff. This is an educational event, not a policy change affecting billing procedures.
