Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will conduct a scheduled system maintenance outage on September 20, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central time. During this 18-hour window, all TMHP web-based applications and functions will be unavailable, affecting claims submission, eligibility verification, and other online operations.

(1) Batch and submit all TMHP claims, prior authorization requests, and eligibility inquiries BEFORE 5:00 a.m. CT on September 20, 2026. (2) Notify providers and front desk staff that TMHP online portal access will be down all day—no real-time eligibility checks or claim status updates available.
