Summary
Gainwell Technologies will purge all Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) Portal user accounts that have not been accessed since June 1, 2023. The purge will occur on June 1, 2025, and affected users will need to reregister to regain access.
Action Required
By June 1, 2025: All staff who access the IHCP Portal should log in to their accounts if they haven't done so since June 1, 2023, to prevent account deletion. After June 1, 2025: Staff with purged accounts must reregister on the provider portal to regain access. Contact EDI technical assistance at 800-457-4584 (option 3, then option 1) for questions.
