Action Required
By May 25, 2025: ABA billing teams must ensure all rendering providers submit enrollment applications and fingerprints. RBTs must enroll under provider type 11, specialty 625. BCaBAs must enroll under provider type 11, specialty 624. Existing BCBA-D, BCBA, and HSPP providers must complete high-risk recertification with fingerprint background checks. Group providers with >5% ownership must also complete high-risk recertification. Failure to complete enrollment by July 1, 2025 will result in inability to bill ABA services.
