Summary
Indiana Medicaid identified incorrect denials for MRO Case Management services (T1016 HW) when rendered by physicians, HSPPs, or licensed psychologists between March 5-April 15, 2025. The system has been corrected and affected claims will be automatically reprocessed or mass adjusted.
Action Required
Immediately: Monitor remittance advices for reprocessed claims with ICNs beginning with 80 (reprocessed denied claims) or 52 (mass replacements).
