Summary
Gainwell Technologies is ending mail forwarding for old P.O. Box addresses on August 1, 2025. All mail sent to the old Gainwell mailing addresses after this date will be returned to sender, requiring providers to update their mailing addresses for Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) correspondence.
Action Required
Before August 1, 2025: Billing team must update all mailing addresses for Gainwell correspondence in billing systems and workflow documentation. Review Table 1 in the bulletin to identify which old P.O. Box addresses need to be replaced with new addresses. Update addresses for claims submissions, adjustment requests, provider enrollment forms, crossover claims, and all other Gainwell correspondence.
