Summary
Oregon Medicaid is implementing a 29% increase in fee-for-service reimbursement rates for Targeted Case Management Maternal and Child Health home visiting programs (Babies First!, CaCoon, Family Connects®, and Nurse Family Partnership®), effective January 1, 2020. This supplemental notice corrects the prior announcement by clarifying the effective date and providing federal fiscal impact estimates.
Action Required
By March 31, 2020: Billing team must verify that all claims for TCM Maternal and Child Health home visiting programs billed using treatment code T1017 are now reimbursed at the updated 29% increased rate retroactive to January 1, 2020. Review claim history from January 2020 forward to identify any underpaid claims and submit corrections or appeals as permitted by Oregon Medicaid policy.
