Summary
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is launching a new portal system for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit and track contract deliverables. CCOs must transition from email and multiple online platforms to a centralized submission system at https://oha-cco.powerappsportals.us. Only deliverables currently submitted via CCO.MCODeliverableReports@odhsoha.oregon.gov and Member Materials SharePoint will use the new system; other submissions continue through existing channels.
Action Required
By July 20, 2023: Billing and administrative staff involved in CCO contract deliverables must register for and attend (or review the recording of) the CCO Contract Deliverable Portal Training webinar at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 20. Before the new system launch: Request user licenses for all staff who will submit deliverables by emailing HSD.QualityAssurance@odhsoha.oregon.gov (licenses requested before June 28, 2023 are already in processing). Immediately upon system launch: Transition submission of MCO deliverable reports and member materials from email (CCO.MCODeliverableReports@odhsoha.oregon.gov) and SharePoint to the new portal. Verify which deliverables require the new system using the provided crosswalk. Continue submitting transplant, enrollment reconciliation, provider review, privacy, personal injury, VBP, actuarial, SFTP, NAIC, SurveyMonkey, OPAR PIL, TPL, fraud hotline, privacy hotline, and IRMS submissions through existing channels (do not migrate these). Failure to migrate appropriate deliverables to the new system may result in processing delays or non-receipt of submissions.
