ACTION ITEMS FOR BILLING AND COMPLIANCE TEAMS (Oregon practices only): (1) By April 1, 2025: Submit CY 2024 Language Access and Interpreter Services quarterly report via Portal. (2) By April 25, 2025: Submit all encounter data for Handicapping Malocclusions, Mobile Crisis, and CWM/CWX eligible services Risk Corridors via EDI SFTP (Medicaid only). (3) By April 30, 2025: Submit Q1 FWA Audit Report, Q1 FWA Referrals/Investigations report, updated Health IT Roadmap, and Q1 Intensive In-home Behavioral Health referrals/enrollments report via Portal. (4) By May 2, 2025: Submit Patient-Centered Primary Care Home VBP data and questionnaire via Portal. (5) By May 15, 2025: Submit Health-Related Social Needs report, Transformation and Quality Strategy attestation, Delivery System Network Provider Capacity Report, and Grievance & Appeal Log via Portal. (6) By May 30, 2025: Submit CY 2024 Annual Statewide Performance Improvement Project status report and CCO-LTSS MOU coordination report via Portal. (7) By June 1, 2025: Submit Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Survey (submission method TBD). (8) By June 1, 2025: Submit Mental Health Parity analysis documentation via HSAG SAFE. (9) By June 29, 2025: Submit Q1 Non-Emergent Medical Transportation quality assurance report via Portal. (10) By June 30, 2025: Submit updated Health Equity Plan with training/education and assessment reports, and Community Advisory Council demographic report via Portal. COMPLIANCE OWNER: CCO Contracts Administrator and Finance/Operations teams must track all deadlines and coordinate with appropriate departments (encounter data team, quality/compliance, IT, behavioral health, network management). CONSEQUENCE: Failure to meet any deadline may result in contract compliance violations, audit findings, or corrective action plans from OHA.
